About Elixir Academy
Build skills.
Keep being you.
The Academy is a place for learning within the We Are Elixir family. Practical steps, useful resources and encouragement belong together.
Our approach
Growth starts
with the person.
Learning is not a race to collect the most completed boxes. It is a way to build understanding, try something useful and feel more confident about your next step.
The Academy brings course content, progress, quizzes and assignments into one learning space. The tools support the learning, with certificates available on courses where they are enabled.
Some training is intended for particular teams or roles. We keep those access boundaries in place so each learner sees the material available to their account.
Meet Learnex
A curious little
companion.
Learnex is the official Elixir Academy mascot. Gold glasses, a book-and-stationery crest and a friendly mint-green face bring a welcoming, inventive presence to our learning world.
That approachable spirit reflects what we want the Academy to feel like: a place where questions are welcome and learning can begin with a small step.
