Questions, welcome

A few things
before you begin.

Can I sign up myself?

Yes. Use the sign-up form to request a learner account with your name, email, username and a password you choose. An Academy admin must approve the account before you can sign in.

Do I get access to every course?

No. You can explore published courses available to your account. Team-specific and Redacted-only training remains restricted to the relevant members and roles.

I am already part of Redacted. Should I register again?

Your management team may already have provided Academy details. Try those details first, or contact your manager. Existing accounts keep their learning history and access.

What happens if I receive a temporary password?

Accounts created by management can require a password change at first sign-in. Follow the on-screen steps before continuing to the Academy.

How do quizzes and assignments work?

Courses can include quizzes to check understanding and assignments to put learning into practice. Follow the instructions in each course, including any pass requirements or submission guidance.

Will I receive a certificate?

Certificates are available for courses where the feature is enabled and the completion requirements have been met. Academy certificates record course completion; we do not claim external accreditation.

Where can I get help?

Email academy@weareelixir.co.uk for account and access questions. If your account belongs to a managed team, you can also contact your manager.
